Its very ironic. I've been lying on my bed for the past 1 and a half hour, trying to get some decent sleep time before i embark on a busy day and yet, i'm here blogging since i can't sleep. Oh well, insomnia obviously sucks.
Some of you have experienced this before. When you can't sleep, you'll be kinda hungry at that god damn timing. And all you know is that, overtime you get fatter just because you can't control your hunger.
Well, that probably explains my amount of body fats percentage and tummy. Damn.
Talking about body figure, damn. Who still cares about this nowadays?
Yes, i know lots of you out there does. Me too. When it comes to me, i'll be like : "hey, im gonna train hard to get abs etc etc." Then when it comes to the person you like, you'll be like : "he/she is god damn hot! Look at that figure and boobs etc etc. "
Now tell me who doesn't care about their appearance nowadays?
Well, i havent been gym for 3 weeks already, so its kind of weird though. 3 weeks is practically enough time for me to think what i want to do.
The question is Appearance or Health ?
Having muscles does not mean you're healthy. Just by going to gym to train your muscles and not doing cardio activities, your health is gonna take a deep dive.
My goal for now, will be Eat healthy, Stay Healthy. How about you?
